Tom Peelen is owner of Open Consult, a company that specialises in open standards, open source software and open content. Tom has a broad experience in ICT-services. His experience varies from programming, network design, system management and ICT architecture to project management, process implementation and management support. His core competences are project management, Open Source and ICT Infrastructure Architecture – for which he is a certified "allround senior IT-architect" by SCIA - and ITIL Service Management – for which Tom is certified by EXIN. Combined with enthusiasm en communicative skills he is able to manage complex projects. Because he is persistent and an involved pragmatic, he leads new initiatives to an useable ending.
